THAT ~HEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo
Alto did on tho 9th day of April, 1928, pass its
Resolution cf Int0ntion #647 to ord~r the following
str~ot work to be don&,·to-wit:

said rosolution of intention to bo published for 10

dis tric. t and snid objec ti oml and protests were duly
considered and. passed urion by the City Council on
the 11th day of June, 1028, at 8 P. :1.., and wherens,
th0 Council passed J'\esolutlon No. 667 ove:rruling the
~retests and objactions of tho soid widening of Ashby
Avtinu.•~! and th(1 dis ~-ric t fo~~ sq id 1mprovem8n t,
reference to which resolution 1s hereby made:
