DO RESOLVE as follows:
THAT WHEREAS, the City Clerk has plac~d
before this Council the written objection or T.
P. Martin and J. C. Martin, property own~rs,
against tho w1d~n1ng of Ashby Avenue and ~o the
asse3sment district created therefor under
Re3olu tion of Intention No. 647:
Now this Council does hereby f1x the
11th day of June, 1928, at the hour or 8:00P.M.,
in the City Holl at Palo Alto, HS the time when
and place where said objection will be hoard.

notice to the objectors of said nearing, in the
manner and forl"n provided by law.
