WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alt~
did 1n open session on the 14th day or Ma.1 1 1928,
publicly open, examine and declare all sealed bids
or pDopoaala for doing tho work and improvement in
said City as descl'1bed in Resolution ot Intention No.
632 of slid Council, adopted on the 12th day ot March,
1928, for the following work, to~wit:
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Cit7 Council of the
City of Palo Alto. that the SA!d Council does hereby
reject all of said proposals or bids, except that he~ein
mentioned, and hereby awards the contract tor doing
said worj and making said improvement to the lowest
