HESOLVE as follows:
That the repor·t or the comm1ss1oners in
the matter of the w1don1ng of Newell Road ten feet
on the westerly sieie from Hopkins Avenue to a 'bend
1.n said road for a distance of approximately
181:$.ll feet and 15 feet from thence on to San
Francisqu.1to Creek, a d1ste.nce. ot: approximately
192;5 .26 feet, under he solution of Intention No.
597, reference to which resolution is hereby mr.de
for f'urthe:r ·particulars, filed j.n the office of
the Clerk of the Council of said City on March
12th. 1928, together w1tn plat eccompsny1ng ss1d
report be and they are hereby confirmed, approved
and adopted:
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk
of this ~OW1c11 be and he is hereby directed to
file in the office of the county hecorder of
Janta Clara County, a copy of said plat
appropriately designated; and said Clerk is hereby
directed to forward to the Superintendent of
~treats of said City of Palo Alto, a certified
eopy of the repo~t, assess~ent and plat of said
Commissioners, as hereby finally aprroved, confirmed
and adopted by said Council.
