R~SOLVE as follows:
Tf.A'r WEEREAS, this council had ls.id before
it the protest of Edward Jesurun, by Cushing and
Cushing, his attornoys, against the report of
tha commissioners for widening Newell Road undGr
Besolution of Intention No. 5G7, refe~ence to
which resolution for further part:tculs.rs l.s
!1i:>reby mad~ ; and,
WHEREAS, ·as.id Council e.t said time, by
resolution sat said t1nie for hearing on Monday,
March 26, 1928, at the hour cf eight P. M. at
the Councj,l Chamber at the City Hall; end,
Vl'BJ.;REAS the affidavit of the City Clerk
shows that not1cea of said hearing were mailed
to said protestant and his attorneys, as provid0d
by low, and
Wl-IERr~AS, said Council did at sa1cl t1me
proceed to hear soid protestant, and after
considering said protest as presented, and
being fully advised. in the r>rem1ites, does her9by
find that sai.d protest ls without merit, end
that the same should be overruled end denied:
NOW THER.EFORE, it is hereby ordered: '!'hat
the ~:rotest cf ~dwnrd Jesurun against the report
of the commissionerR appointed to assess benefits
and darJges for the widening of Newell Road be
end the same 1s hereby denied and overruled,
and each and every part of said protest is i~reby
denie~ and overruled.
Duly paased by the Co·tJ.nc11 of the City of
Palo Al to at a meeting held on ~larch 26, 1928,
by the following vote:
