WHEREAS, the Council of the 01ty of
.t'e.lo Alto did in open aesaion on the 27th day o t
1''ebru.ary,. 1928, publicly ouen,. examine anddecle.re
all sealed proposals or bids for doing the work
and impro"1ement 1n 3aid City as described in
Resolution of Intention No. 618 of sa1d Council,
adopted on the 16th day of .ranuary, 1928, as
follows, to-wit:
The eonstruct1on of an 18 inoh cement
concrete sewer from Middlefield .,.·!toad to Byron
tltree·t, a IS inch cement concr6:te sewer on Kellogg
Avenue from B;.'.'l'on Street to We bater Street; and
a 15 inch eem~nt concrete sewer on Webster ~tr~~t
from Kellogg Avenue to Melville Avenue, and
provid!.llg for a district to be bene!itted and
assessed to pay the cost th.eroof, to which
Resolution of Intention reference 1s hereby
e ;<pres sly ma.ae for ft~rther particulars; and,
WHEREAS, at the time set, to-wit;

or bids received, the Council did, by resolution,
reject all proposAls or gid.s, and directed the

proposals or bids under readve:rtisement therefor,
was at the hour of eight o'clock P. M. on Monday,
the 26th dAJ of MArch, 1928; ~nd,
