DO RESOLVE a~ follows: THAT WHEREAS, the report ot the oommias1oners appointed to aaeess benefits and dll!nagea for the widening of Newell Road haa been ttl.od. with tho Citr Clerk, and du& notice or the tiling published •• provided by law, in the ~aily Palo Alto Tim~•, and the times fixed tor hearing objections to sa1d report in aa1d notice; and WHEREAS, said report is now before the City Councill and WHEnEAS, one objection to aa1d report bas been filed with the City Clerk, in writing, to-wit: from Edward Jeuurun, NOW THEREFORE, thia Council does hereby !ix the 26th day of March, 1928, at the hour or eight o'c1ock P. M. 111 the City Council chamber, as the time and plo.ce when •nd where said Council will prooeed to hear all oojeot1ona made, and pass upon said report; and the City Clerk 11 hereby directed to notif1 the objector in the aame manner a& the objector to the original resolution ot intention under the Street Opening Aot or 1889.
