publ1o good, said Council doea reject any and all
proposf.l.ls or bids offered to.r the oonatruction
of stol"m water sewers u~der ita reaolution of
intention No. 518, reference to which resolution
for further psrtioulars 1a hereb7 made, and the
Counoil hereby d1reot• the City Clerk to resdvert1se
tor propoaals or bids for the work deaor1bed in
1iiaid reaolution or intention,-said advertising
to be don@ in the same manner and form as in the
flrst instance and as provided by tbe Improvement
Act of 1911 ..
The Council here'by fixes the 26th day of
March 1928, at the hour or. eight o'clock P. M.
as th~ time on or before which all bids or
proposals shall be deliver&d to the City Clerk.
The &bove and foregoing resolution W9s
duly pasaed by the Coun~il of the City of Palo
Alto at a regular meeting held. on the 12th d.ay
of March, 1928, by the following vote:
