RESOLVE as followe:
That the City Attorney, as agent tor the City
of Pa.lo Alto be end he 11 hereby authorized to offer
to Edwa1•d and John Cashel, and such others, as their
1nte1•ests may a;;,-pear, not to exceed the totBl SUI.fl. or four thousandl.4000.00)dollaro tor all or their
r1gh t, title and interest in trnd to Block 1, South
Palo Alto, now the subject or a condemnation suit
for ae-i_uh1t1o:n bf thl~~ City, such sum to be in total
satisfaction of cost of land; costs o~ suit; attorneys'
fGes; and any other expense of suit on the part or
