RESOLVE as follows:
THA'r WHEREAS, the Council did, on the 16th
day of January, 1928, pass its hesolution of
InttJntion No. 618 to ord6r . the hereinafter
described work and improvement to be made in sAld
Cit.y, which :resolution of intention was duly and
regu.ls.rly published at the time and in the
manner and form as required by the Improvement
Act of 1911, as appears froni the Affidavit of
Veror11ca Olofson, Prine ipa 1 Clerk of the printer
and publisher of the Dsily Palo Alto Times, now
on file in the office of the Cler·k of said City;
and,
