Said Clerk 1s nlso directed to publish twice, a notice inviting such proposals or bids, and referring to the specific a- t ions posted or on file, in the Daily Palo Alto Times, a daily newspaper published and circulated in s a.id City and here by O.esignn ted for that purpose.
