OOR~.ECTING CERTAIN MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE ~'OWN OF MAYFIELI •
WHEREAS, the Board or Trustees of the
former Town of Mayfield, California, did, on the
6th day of February, 1905• pass a certain
Resolution No. 6, which resolution is recorded
at page 231, Journal of Proceedings, Board of
Tt"Ustees, Volume l; and,
WHEREAS a certain recital in said resolution
contains s clerical error, to-wit: in that the
following sentence 11 Th9.t the dedication of streets 1 l°'if.·hwaya and parks in the tract known as
Evergreen Park, a map of which tract ia recorded
in Book F-2 of maps t p1;i.ge 392~ is in error, said map
refere.noe being "recorded in Book F3 o.f Maps 1 at
page 92" •
NOW, THEREl;-ORE • BE IT RESOLVED, that
the City Clerk of the City orPalo Alt.o, as
of:f1c1al euntodis.n of snid reco:rus be and he is
hereby direoteu to make the ebove correction upon
the f&ee of said resolution, and to transmit a
prooerly authenticated copy of the corrected
resolution to the County .h.,:;corder of Santa Cle re
County J for reoor.d.
The above and foregoing resoi.ut1on was
duly passed by the council o.f the Cj.t! of Palo
Alto at a n1eeting held on the 30th day of
January, 1928, by the following vote:
