DIRECTING NOTICE OF' FILING REPORT OF COMMISSIONERS
IN THE ~TER OF WIDENING NEWELL ROAD:
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO
RESOLVE as follows:
That the Clerk or the City council be and
he is hereby authorized and dirtictad to give
notice or the filing of the report of' the
Commissioners 1n the matter of the widening of.
Newall Road 1n so.id City, for ten ftiet on the
westerly side thereof, from Hopkins Avonue to a
bend in said Road, being a distance of 1813.11
feet, and fifteen feet in width from thence on
to San J:i'renci.sq,ui to Creek, a distance or
approx11uately 1983.26 feet, as determined in
Resolution of Intention No. 597 of this Cou.no11,
adopted November 28~ 1927. Said notice shall be
published in the manner and form required by lBw,
for at least ten days, in the Deily Palo Alto
Times, a daily newspaper printed, published and
circulated in said City, and hereby designated
for that.purpose, and shall re~u1re all person$
1ntereated to show cause, if any there be, on or
bofore a date to be f1x,~d by said Clark, why said
report should not be confirmed by th•3 said
Council.
The above and foregoing re~olut1on was
duly passed by the Council of the City of Palo
Alto on the 30th day of January, 1928, by the
tollow1ng vote:
