shall be the roll upon which each and all assessments

hereby authorized to attach hia warrant to said
aaaessmenta, ~mpowering the contractor, hia agents
or aas1gna to demand and reoe1Te the several assess-
ment• upon aa1d aaseasment and diagram.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly
