A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
ARASTRADERO ROAD,.ET AL.
PRC JCT NO. 60-6

RESOLVE?, by the Co uncil of the City of Palo Alto, Califo rnia,
that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, a nd she is he reby,
directed to call for bids for the s ale of impro vement bonds to be
issued pu rsuant to Resol utio n No . 3406 of P relimi nary Dete rmination
and of inten tion adopted by this Co uncil on Ap ril 23, 1962. Said
no tice, in form to be prep ared by Wilso n, Herzfeld, Jeits & Morton,
shell be given by the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to
the v ariou s banks and bond houses interested in the p urchase of
eu ch bonds at least ten days before the date of sale, which d ate
ha gs been fixed as January 14, 1963, at 11::J0 o'clock A.M. All
bids will be publicly open ed, examined and declared by the City
Mana ger , City Hall, Palo Alto, Ca lifornia , and repo rt ed to the
Cou ncil at its meeting on said day at 7:30 o'clock P.M .
2. The City will furn ish the legal opin ion of the la w fi rm
of Wilson, Her zfeld, 3'on es & Morton, San Mateo, California,
unqu al.ified7y approvin g the legality of the pr oceedings and the
issu ance of said bon ds.
