to ex ecute an agreeme nt with the C alifornia W ater Service Comp any
for the purchase and aoluisition by the City of the Comp any's
pr oper ties, ser vices and facilities located withi n that p ortio n
of the City of Pa lo Alto kn own and design ated as Foothills Annaxa»
Mon No . 2 fo r the gro ss sum of $21,655.00, the f orm and content
of said agree ment to be su bject to the appr oval of th e City
