owner to identify the same, the amount of the assessment, the date

statemen t of the fact that bon ds will be issued on unpaid assess-
ments pu rsu an t to Bond Pla n B, Article 3, Chapter 6 of sa id Code,
the last installment of w hich bonds shah matur e n ot to ex ceed nin e
(9) yea rs fr om the secon d day of Ju ly next succeeding ten months
from their date.
