The Council of the City OT Palo Alto does MOW , as follo ws:
WEEMS, pursuant to lasolgtion ..o. 3575 of tibia Council
ordering set notice has bee n duly given that this is the time
an d place set for the hearer of objeoti eno to the proposed des-
truction or removal of weeks; end
MEXISAS, all persons interested were give n an opp ortunity
to be heard, and all matters pertaining to said dostruetton or
remov al of weeds were fully heard and considered by this Council,
and no objections have been received;
ITT, TI UURCIS IT ISMUD that the Sup erinte ndent of
Public Works (City Bngineas} shall abate snob p ublic nuisawae of
weeds, as decLared in Resolution 3375, by having said weeds d estroyed
or re moved, and a ny property owner shallhave the right to destroy
or remove su ch weeds himself, or have the same destroyed or removed
at his ova expense, pro vided that such weeds shall hav e bees re moved
prier to the arrival of the City Engineer or ' his authorised
representa tive to remove thee.
