The Co uncil of the City of Palo Alto does RESOD as f ollows:
That the Nap of Tract No . 3307, Palo Alto Rills Unit No. 2,
bein g a portion of Rancho El Corte de"dera lying within the City
of Palo Alto , California, dated A ugust 1962, prepared by Ge orge S.
Nolte, Civil Engin eer, be and the same is hereby approved, subject
to the following:
1. Greeting public utilities easeme nts show n in red
within tract and obtaining, easements as shown
outside the tract.
2. Granting easem en ts 5' wide for planting, wsikweys
a nd u tilities on each side of streets, al oes with
memen to for slops protection purposes where cuts
or fills create slo pes in excess of the natu ral
ground slo pes adjacent to the roadway.
3. Establishment of one fo ot wide reserve4 at ends of
strai ts.
SI IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets, portions of streets,
as shown upo n said map within said subdiv ision be and the same
hereby are accepted as dedicated for public use subject to improv e-
ment of said streets in accordance with stanviards established by
the City Council and the City Engineer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that public use ea sem en ts for pu blic
utilities, sanitary and storm sewers as shown on said map within
sa id subdivision are hereby ac cepted as dedicated for public use;
such strips of land to be kept o pen and free from Lu ildings or structures
of any kind ex cept utility co mpany structures and lawful fe nc es.
