NOW,• THEREFORE, be it r esolv ed that the Council of the City
• of Palo Alto do es hereby order that said pro perty as -described
herein an d in said Resolution 3569 is hereby abandoned sij ect
to the per ma nent ea sements and rights -o f -way described in Resolu-
tion 3569.
Thy City Clerk shall cau se a certified copy of this resolution
to be recorded in the Office of the Cou nty Recorder of Santa Clara
Co unty, Californ ia. Said reso lutio n shall not be recorded until
all costs of a ban donment hav e been paid by Palo Alto To wn a nd Co untr y

BEGINNING at th e most So utherly corner of L ot 38, G ree r H omestead
Tract, a map of which was rec orded May 6, 1907 in B ook "L" of M aps
at page 79, Records of Santa Cla ra County, Calif ornia; thence
along the Southeaste rly line of said lot 38 N. 70°47' E. 58 .12 feet
to the Southwesterly line of L ot 39 of said Tract; thence S. 51°
4S' E. along said Southwesterly line 137 .16 feet to a point;
thence Southwesterly along a curve to the left, the center
of which bears S. 38°15'W. from said last named point havi ng a
radiu s of 40.00 feet, through a central angle of 101°32'13" for
an arc length of 70.89 feetto a p oi nt on the Northeaste rly line
