RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO . 3344
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as f ollows:
That the Map of Tract No. 3344, being a p ortion of Ranch o
Rincon de Sa n Francisquito lying within the City of Palo Alto,
California, dated September, 1962, prepared by John W. Riley,
be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets, p ortions of streets,
as shown upon said map within said subdivisi on be and the same
hereby are ac cepted as dedicated fo r public use subj ect to improve-
ment of said streets in accordance.with stand ards established by
the City Council and the City Engineer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that public use easements for public
utilities under , on or ov er the strips of land lying between the
r ear a nd/or side lines of lots and the parallel dotted lines desig-
nated "P.U.E." (Public Utilities Easement) as shown on s aid m ap
within said subdivision ar e hereby accepted as dedicated fo r publi c
use such str ips of land a re to be kept open a nd free from buildings
or structures of any kind except utility compan y structures and
lawfu l fen ces.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, tha t easements for sto rm drainage
"S. D.E" as shown on said ma p within said subdiv ision are hereby
accepted as dedica ted for public u se.
