DESCRIBING EASEMENT SURPLUS TO CITY'S NEEDS AND
AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO2QUITCLAIM •PROPERTY TO PERSON(S)
ENTITLED THERETO
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto that
the easement situated in the City of Palo Alto, C ounty of
Santa 'Clara, 'State of California, described as:
BEGINNING at the most easterly c ornea, of L ot 39,
of the reaubdiviaion of Block 6 University P ark,
a map of w hich was reco rded August 22, 1888, in
Book "D" of Maps at pa geq5,records of Santa
Cla ra Cou nty, California �.:co F, bei ng on
the no rthwesterly life o Fo t ►awe (60 feet
wide); thence nor thw esterly Gong th* northeast erly
line of said Lot 90.00 feet; thenc e southwesterly,
at right angles, 10.00 feet; thence ocutheasterly,.
par allel to said northeasterly line 90.00 feet to
a point an said line of Forest Avenue; thence
nor theasterly alo ng said northwesterly line of
Forest Avenue 10.00 fe et to the point of beginning,
being a portion of said Lot 39, and be ing a ll of

Further r esolved that the Mayo r and the Clerk are autho rized
a nd dir ected to execute an d deliver a Quitclaim deed to said
