RESOLUTION NO. 3558
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OP BONDS
WBLLSBURY WAY, ET AL
PROJECT NO. 60-1
RESOLVED, by the Cou ncil of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3479 of Prelimina ry Deter-
min ation and of Intention adopted by said Council on Maroh 26, 1962,
a nd its Resolution calling for bids on the sale of bonds p ursuant
thereto, notice of sa id sale has been d uly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein fo r consider-
ing bids for the pu rchase of said bonds, said bids having b een re-
ceiv ed and publicly opened, exam ined and declared by the City Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT I8 ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids r eceiv ed for the purchase of said bonds,
excepting the bid herein sta ted, be, a nd they are hereby, rejected,
and that said bonds be, and they a re hereby, ordered sold to

as the highest responsible bidder ther efor , said sale to be subject
to all of the ter ms an d con ditions set forth in the Notice of Sale of
sa id bonds and in sa id a ccepted bid.
2. That the Treasurer be, an d he is hereby, directed to have said
bonds pr inted fr %'thwith, an d that the same be im mediately sign ed,
sealed an d deliver ed to said bidder on receipt of the a mount therefor
an d u pon the per formance of the condition s contained in said written
offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, a nd the same is her eby,
fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
