RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
DECLARING BUll.DING AT 8 30 RAMONA STREET ro BE A
NUISANCE AND DIRECTING THE ABATIMENT THEREOF BY
DEMOLITION PURSUANT TO STIPULATION
WHEREAS, there has been entered into an Agreement and
Stipulation in writing for the demolition of the building at
8:30 Ramona Street, which document is affixed hereto and marked
EXHIBIT A;
NOW', THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council
of the City of Palo Alto as follows:
Section 1. Said Agreement and Stipulation is hereby approved
and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the
City.
Section 2. Said Agreement and Stipulation is incorporated in
and made a part of this Resolution, and said building is hereby
ordered razed and removed in accordance with the provisions thereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to cause this resolution
or a certified copy thereof to be recorded in the off ice of the
County Recorder of Santa Clara County.
