The Council of the City of Palo Alto RESOLVES as follows:
Section 1. That certain Amendment to Agree~nt and Stipulation
for Removal of Buildings dlited Augus·t 13, 1962 is hereby approved
and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the
City.
Sec ti on 2. Sa.id Amendment is incorpora.ted in and made a part
of this Resolution. Resolution No. 3478·is amended in accordance
with the prov is.ions hereof, and said buildings are ordered razed
and removed in accordance with· Reeolution No. 3478 as amended
hereby.
Section 3. The City Clerk :Ls directed to cause this resolution
or a certified copy thereof to be recorded in the Of £ice of the
County Recorder of Santa Clara County.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED: August 13, 1962 by unanimous voice vote.
