WHEREAS, on Jilly 23, 1962, this Council adopted its Resolution!

Ne. 3542 of Intention to make fund transfer, whe!•sin the Council
ljexpressed its lntent:l.on to transfe1" surplus remaining 1n the
1J Improvement 'F'und created pur·suant to H.e:Jolu·tion of Intention No.
2221, adopted February 11, 1952, and wherein Monday, the 13th d<.:y
of August, 1962,, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. 1n the regular I
llmeet:lng place 1)f i3aid Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, Pal0

hearing all protests and persons interested therein;
WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of said hearing has
