A RESOLUTION DETERMINING SURPLUS AND ORDERING REDUCTION OF
CITY CONTRIBUTION AND FUND TRANSFER
PROJECT NO. 58-1
RESOLVED, by the Counoil of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
WHEREAS, after the oompletion of all aoqu1sit1ons and improve-
ments in proceedings conducted pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. ~!._, adopted September 28 , 19_.5.Sl, and the payment of
all expenses incidental thereto, there is a surplus in the Improve-
ment Fund in the total amount of $_~1. !~·t'. 66 ;
WHEFIEAS, the City contributed the total amount of$ 111 1 356.cz
to said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
l. That there is a surplus in the Improvement Pund for said
project, after the comple·tion or all aoqu1a1t1ons and improvements
and the payment or all expenses incidental thereto, in the total
amount ot $_~ .. J .. ib·-6.-6 ___ _
2. That the public interest, convenience and necessity require
the reduotion of said City contribution by the amount of said surplus,
to wit: $ ... ia)9.lu66 , and aa.1d reduction is hereby ordered.
3. That the amount Qf said surplus be, and 1t is hereby,
ordered transferred to the General Fund of the City.

the City of Palo Alto~ California, at a meeting thereof held on the
