WHEREAS, notice was given of the time and plaoe therein
stated 1n the manner provided by law, as appears rrom the arr1~
davits on file in the office of the City Clerk;
lfHIREAs, said matter came on regularly !or hearing at the
time therein 1'1xed; and
WHEREAS, all written protests and other written communication
were publicly read at said meeting and all persons dea1r1ng to be
heard were fully heard.
NOW, THERE:Ei'ORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That written protests against said acqu1a1t1ons and
improvements signed by the owners of a majority or more of the
area or the lands within the assessment district, or or the area o
the lands within the assessment district assessed tor the costs
and expenses or said work, were not filed with the City Clerk at
or before the time set for hearing.
2. That said protests be, and each of them are hereby,
overruled.
