DEMOLITION PURSUANT TO STIPULATION •
WHLBEAS. there has been entered into an Agreement and
Stipulation in writing for the demolition of the building at
2685 Cowper Street, which document is affixed hereto and marked
EXHIBI'r A;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council
of the City of Palo Alto as follows:
Section 1. Said Agreement and Stipulation is hereby approved
and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the
City.
Section 2. Said Agreement and Stipulation is incorporat~d in
and made a part of this Resolution, and said building l:S heroby
ordered razed and removed in accordance with the provisions thereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is dire.c ted to cause this resolution
or a certified copy thereof to be recorded in the office of the·
County Reco·rder of Santa Clara County.
