RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOOTHILLS ANNEXATION 1-A
PROJECT NO. 61-2
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that the City make and entel" into an agreement for temporary utility
s~rvice with Sylvania Electr<ic Products Inc. for the extension of tempo-
ra.ry electrical distribution service at the City's expense, and for
permanent underground service by special assessment proceedings)
dated and in form this date presented to this Council, and the Mayor is
hereby authorh:ed to execute said agreement, in duplicate, on behalf of
the City, and the City Clerk is directed to attest his signature and to affix
the corporate seal of the City· thereto •

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof hetd on the 23rd
day of July , 1962, by the foHowing vote of the members
thereof:

Arnold, Bishop, Byxbee, Cresap, Dias, Haight, Marshall,
