AMENDING ORDINANCE 2053 BEING THE P~C DEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY AT 4215 ALMA STREET BY
EXTENDING THE TIME WIT.HIN WHICH CONSTRUCTION SHALL
START

The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. Subsection. (f) of Section 3 of Ordinance 2053,
previously amended by Resolution 3471, is amended to read as
follows:
u(f) Development Schedule. State of construction by
Deceni6"er 24, 1962."
Section 2. All other provisions of said ordinance except
as otherwise provided herein shall remain in full force and effect.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED: July 9, 1962, by unanimous voice vote.
