RESOLUTION OF 'l'HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE 2050 BEING THE .P•C DEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY IN THE 1700 BLOCK OF ARASTRADERO
ROAD BY EXTENDING THE TIME Wl'l'HIN WHICH CONSTRUCTION
SHALL START
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
Section l. Subsection h of Section 3 of Ordinance 2050 is
amended to read as follows:
"h) Development Schedule:
First Stage: Start of construction by October l,
1962. Approximately 6,000 sq. ft.
Second Stage: Start of constructio~ by July 1, 1965,
approximately 6,000 sq. ft.
Third Stage: Start of construction by July 1, 1970."
Section 2. All other provisions of said ordinance except
as otherwise provided herein shall remain in full force and effect.
