RESOLVED, by the council of the City of Palo Alto,

California, that
l WHEREAS~ on the 28th day of May, 1962, this Council adopted !
its Resolution No. 3513, A Resolution of Intention to Make Fund· I
I Transfer, wherein the Council expressed its 1~tent1on to transfer I
surplus remaining 1n the Improvement Fund created pursuant to
Resolution of Intention No. 2671, adopted November 14, 1955, and
whe·re1n Monday, the 25th day or June, 1962, at the hour of' 1: 30 ' !
o•eiock P.M., in the regular meeting place of said Council, I
Council Chambers, City Hall, Palo Alto, California, were fixed as 1

the time and place when and where ... said Council would consider the I
matter of ma.king said transfer and hearing all protests and
persona interested therein;
WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of said hearing has
been duly given by publication and posting, as appears trom
aff'idavita on file in tne office ot the City Cle1•k;
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or
filed written protests against said transfer, and all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard and
all matters and things pertaining to aaid transfer have been
fully heard and duly considered by this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
l. All protests and objeotions be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2. The amount of $3,542.25, being the surplus remaining in
the Improvement Fund for said project after completion ot all
acquisitions and 1mpx•ovementa and after the expiration of tour (4)

years since the final completion of said projei~t and payment of

correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
