A RESOWTION ORDERING FUND TRANSFER

RP:!IOLVED, by the Couno11 ot the City or Palo Alto,

WHEREAS, on the 28th day or May, 1962, this Council adopted
its Resolution No. 3512, A Resolution of Intention to Make Fu.nd
Transfer, wherein the Council expressed its intention to transfer
surplus remaining in the Improvement Fund created pursuant to
Resolution ot Intention No. 2093, &dopted April 9, 1951, and
Wherein Monday,, the 25th day of June, 1962; at the hour of ·7:30
o'clock P.M., in the regular meeting place or said Council,
Counoil Chambers, City Hall, Palo Alto, California, were fixed as
the time and place when and where said Council would consider the
matter or making said transfer and hearing all protests and
persons i~terested therein;
111HF.REAS, notice or the time and plaee of said hearing has
been duly given by publication and posting, as appears from
a1'f'1dav1ts on .t'ile in the office of the City Cl.erk;
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or
filed written protests against said transfer, and all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard and
all matters and things pertaining to said transfer have been
fully hea~d and duly considered by this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2. The amount of $11,314~31 be+'hg the surplus remaining in i
the Improvement .Fund for said project after completion or all I
aoqu1s1t1ons and improvements and atter the expiration ot four (4)1

years aince the final completion of said project and payment of
all costa and expenses thereof, is hereby ordered t~ansferred to
the General Fund ot the City.
3. Said fund shall be appropriated to purposes of benefit
to the properties within the boundaries of the assessment diatrict
formed pursuant to said Resolution of Intention, and not other-
wise.

I hereby certify that the foregoing 1s a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly paseed and adopted by the City
Counoil of the City or Palo Alto, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 2.Sth day of June , 1962, by the
following vcte of the members thereof:
