WHEREAS, on the 28th day of May, 1962, this Council adopted
its Rceolut1or. No. 3511, A Resolution of Intention to Make Fund
i Transfer, wherein the Council expressed ·1ts intention to tranater

surplus rema.in:tng in the Improvement Pund created pursuant to
Resolution or Intention No. 1721, adopted July 26, 1948, and
wherein Monday, the 25th day of June, 1962, at the hour or 7:30

I NOW,, THEREFORE., IT IS ORDERE.D as follows:
1. All protests and obJect1ona be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2. The a~ount of $4,643.49, being the surplus remaining in
the Improvement Fund for sa1d project atter completion or all
acquisitions and improvements and after the expiration ~f tour (4)
