RESOLUTION NO. ~
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 3220
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
That the Map of Tract No. 3220 being a Subdivision of a
portion of the Lands of the Santa Clara County Flood Control and
wa.ter Conservation District, Abutting Tract 1816 and .Tract 1921
City of Palo Alto, California, dated October 1961, prepared by
the Santa Clara County Flood Control and Water Conservation
District, San Jose, California, be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets, portions of streets,
public utilities and sanitary or storm sewer easements as shown
upon said map as being dedicated to public use are hereby accepted.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED: June l l, 196Z by unanimous voice vote.
