RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 3 of ORDINANCE NO. 1804 AN ORDINANCE
APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR )ftp PENINSULA SHOPPERS
WORLD
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1804 be amended
to read as follows:
(a) Permitted Uses: Fourteen dwelling unit apartment.
(b) Nature of Development: Building setbacks, areas, heights:t
ofr-street paiklng) open green area and .other. improve·
ment as indicated on the Development Plan.
(c) S~irts: In ~ccordance with the Sign Ordinance for ~ Districts.
(d) Development Schedule: Start of construction within 18
months or=Councii approval with completion not later
than 24 months of Council approval.
Section 2: That. the Development Plan as referred to in
Sect.ion 1 above shall mean the Development Plan enf"itled "Proposed
Apartment Building for Stern Homes, Palo Alto,"consisting of
two sheets dated April 21, 1962.
