RESOLUTION NO. 2!!!
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 2313
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follown:
That the Map of Tract No. 2313, Tan Village, being a resub-·
division of Tract No. 407 Amarillo Village within the City of Palo
Alto, California., dated April, 1962, prepared by Jones, Thenn
and Associates, Civil Engineers, be and the same is hereby
approved, subject to the subdivider's compliance with the Engineering
Bulletin No. 62-32.
That 'said Final Map shall not be recorded until the subdivider
has complied with the above conditions to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets, portions of streets,
as shown upon said map within said subdivision be and the same
hereby are accepted as dedicated for public use subject to improve-
ment of sai.d streets in accordance with standards established by
-the City Council and the City Engineer;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that public use easements for public
utilities under, on or over the strips of land lying between the
rear and/or side lines of lots and the parallel dotted lines desig-
nated "P.U.E.11 (Public Utilities Easement} as shown on said map .-·
within said subdivision are hereby accepted as dedicated for public
use such strips of land to be kept open and free from buildings or
structures of any kind except utility company structures and lawful
fences.
