RESOLUTION NO. 351;
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. MARTINSEN
SUBDIVISIO~.-
The Council of the City of Falo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
That the Map of Tract No. Martinsen Subdivision, being a
portion of a subdiv:l.sion of Lot 25, and a portion of Lots 24 and
28 C. M. Wooster Company's Subdivision of the Clarke Ranch,
dated March, 1962, prepared by Charles E. Randlett, Civil Engineer,
be and the same is hereby approved~ subject to the subdivider's
compliance with Engineering Bulletin 62.26.
That said Final Map shall not be recorded until the sub-
divider has complied with the above conditions to the satisfaction
of the City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all Martinsen Court as shown upon
said map within said subdivision be and the same hereby is accepted
as dedicated for public use subject to improvement vf said street
in accordance with standards established by the City Council and
the Ci. ty Engineer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that public use easements for public
utilities, under, on or over those certain strips of land designated
as P.U.E. as shown on said map within said subdivision are hereby
accepted as dedicated for public use such strips of land to be
kept open and free from buildings and structures of any kind.
