'.s.,·. A~ : :~., ROAD AND ADJOINING NORTHERLY LOT. I ·:' ,. I !,,.A~ .... ~· ... } ' ~'I,.~ ,'., The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. That Items (a) through (f) of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1987, being the development plan for the property known as 3176 Middlefield Road and Adjoining Northerly Lot be amended to read as follows: (a) Development Schedule: Start of construction within six (6) montfis Ot date Of approval. (b) Permitted Uses: 12 apartment units as indicated on plan. (c) (d) Structures: Height: One story or 15 feet. Setbacks: Front -28 ft. with minor projection to 26'6". ~: Side -10 ft. each side. Rear -20 ft. Total Lot Coverage: 11,225.75 sq. ft., or 39.8% Open Green Area Per Unit: 1,272 sq. ft. Landscaping in accordance with es·tablished standards. Driveway and carports as indicated on plan. (e) Off-$_t~~-~t Parking: 24 cove:t"ed spaces (under apartment units). (f) Signs: In accordance with Sign Ordinance for an R-3-GDistrict. Section 2.
