RESOLUTION NO. 3512
A RF.:SOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE FUND TRANSPER
THIRD STREET, ET AL.
PROJECT NO. 51-l
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, afte1• the completion of all acquisitions and
improvements in proceed:lnga· oondllcted pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 2093, adopted April 9, 1951, and the payment of all
expenses incidental thereto, there is a. surplus in the Improve-
ment Fund in the total amount of $11,314.31; I
WHEREAS, more than four years have exptred since the final I
completion o:' the project and payment of all costs and expenses
thereof;
Nuw, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, aa follows:
L That the public int;erest, convenience and necessity
require, and that it is the intention of said Council to transfer
said surplus from the Improvement Fund for said project to the
General Fund of the City.
2. That it is the further intention of said Council to

to p\1rposes of benefit to the properties within the boundaries of
the assessment d1str1ct formed pursuant to said Resolution of

Resolution to be published twice in the Palo Alto Times, a news-
paper of general circulation publ:.1.shed in said Ci.ty, and cause a
copy thereof. to be posted on the bulletin board near the Council
Chambers in the City Hall, the f1::-st o.f said pub11cat1ons and
said posting to be at least ten days before said dai of hearing.
