RESOLUTION NO. 3511
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE .Fl1ND TRANSFER
CALIFORNIA AVENUE ALLEYS
PROJECT NO. 48-9
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, tha'-;
WHEREAS, after the completion of all acquisitions and
improvements it! proceedings conducted pUl'•suant to Resolution of
Intention No. 1721, adopted July 26, 1948, and the payment of all
expenses incidental thereto, the~e is a surplus in the Improve-
ment Fund in the total amount of $J.~s643.49;
WHEREAS, more than .f'our years have expired a:tnce the final
completion of ·t;he pro,1ect and payment or all costs and expenses
thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED,, aa follows:
l. That the public interest, conver~1ence and necessity
require, and that it is the intention of said Council to trans-I
fer said surplus from the Improvement Fund for said project to I
1he Oene!'al F'und <Jf the City. I
2. 'l'hat :lt 1s the i'urther 1•1tention of said Counc11 to 1
a.ppropr:late said funds, after their transfer to the General Fund, I
to purposes of benefit to the properties within the boundaries I
· of the assessmel'lt district formed pursuant to ~a1d Resolution
l of Intention.
