RESOLVED, by the Couaoil of th e City of Pal o Alto, Califo rnia,

WHEREAS, pur suant to itaaolutian No. 3496 of px+ eTmtnary
Determination and of intentiOt adopted on'April 2 , 1962 by the
Cb*ncil of said City, put"biaant t0'the lltihic'ipal Improveme nt Act of
1913 and Section 17 of Artioie Id= of•the Constituti on of the

lthe City Clerk of this City the wrritten rep ort c alled for under
said Act an d by said !Re`s'olution of Pr eliminary Det ermination and of
Intention, which report"has been prese nted by said Cle rk to this
Cameil-fer consideration, and this Council has considered and
Preliminarily approved an d oo nfir med said repor t and orde red that
the same stan d as the report for the purpose of all subsequent
pro ceeding ha d pur su ant to sa id Resolu tion of Preliminary Deter-
mination an d of Intention.
NOW, THEREITORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Mon day, the 9th day of

place of said Council, City Hall,`Palo Alto, Califor nia , be, an d
