RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
DECLARING BUILDING AT 445 AND 447 ALMA STREET AND
101, 105, 107. 109, 111 a nd 111k UNIVERSITY AVENUE
TO BE A NUISANCE AND DIRECTING THE ABATEMENT THEREOF
BY DEMOLITION PURSUANT TO STIPULATION.

WHEREAS, there has bee n ente red into an Agr eem ent and
Stipulation in writin g for the demolition of the building at
445 and 447 Alma Street and 101, 105, 107, 109, 111 and 11115
Univ ersity Av enue, which do cument is affixed h ereto and marked
EXHIBIT A;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is he reby resolved by the City Council
of the City of Pale Alto as follows:
Section 1. Said Agreement and Stipula tion is hereby appro ved
and the M ayor is au thorized to execute the same on behalf of the
City.
Sectio n 2. Said Agreement and Stipula tio n is incorporated in
an d made a part of this Resolution, and said building is hereby
ordered razed and removed in accordance with the pr ovisions thereof.
Sec tio n 3. The City Clerk is dire cted to cause this resolution
or a certified copy thereof to be recorded in the offic e of the
County Recorder of Sa nta Clar a Co unty.
