RESOLUTION NO. 3493
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
WELLSBURY WAY, ET AL.

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alt o, C alifo rnia,
that the pu blic interest, c onvenie noe and necessity require, and
that it is the intention of said Co uncil to m ake changes and modi-
ficatio ns in the Enginee r's r eport filed pursua nt to Resolution
No. 3479 of Pr eliminary Determi nation and of Intention adopted by
this Council on March 26, 1962, a.o follows, to -wit:
1. Change and modify the maps a nd desc riptions of l ands and
easemen ts to be acquired, the worlc to be d one, the plan s a nd
specifications therefor , the estim ate of cost and the diagram a nd
assessment to provide for the realignment of the proposed cul-de-
sac fr om a point in Mayview Avenu e between Middlefield Ro ad and
Grov e Aven ue to align the proposed cul-de-sac with the existing
road r ight-o f-way extendin g to a ppro ximately tba.middle of the
block from the southeaster ly boundary of the assessment district.
2. Change and modify the maps and descr iptions of lands and
ease ments to be acquired, the wor k to be don e, the pla ns a nd
specificatio ns therefor, the estimate of coa t an d the dia gr am and
assessmen t to eliminate the turning curv e along tha souther ly
bou ndary of the first turn in the pr opose d exten sion of Christin e
D rive as said turning curve en croa ches on pr oposed Aseeasmen t
Nos. 22 a nd 23.
3. Change and m odify the work to be don e, the plan s and
specifications therefor , the estima te of cost, to e liminate all
improvements on Miranda Green as proposed to be opened in said
proceedings.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Mon da y, the 28th day of May, 1962
at the hour of 7;30 o'clock P.M. in the regular meetin g place of,
said Council, Cou ncil Chambers, City Hall, Palo Alto, California,
ar e hereby fixed as the time and plane whe n an d w her e said chan ges
and modifications will be considered a nd the Co uncil will hear
all pr otests and persona interested therein .
The City Clerk of said City shall c ause a copy of this
resolution to be p ublished twice in the Palo Alto Times, a news-
pa per of general circ ulation publish ed in said City a nd the pape r
in which the Notice of i mproveme nt under s aid Resolution of
Preliminary De termination a nd of I ntention was p ublished, th e
fir st publication of which shall be not leas than ten (10) days
prior to the day fixed for he ari ng.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a regula r
meeting ther eof held on the 23rd day of April , 1962,
by the following vote of the member s thereof:
