;Section 34 of Resolution No . 3472, A R esolution
Providing for Issu ance of Bonds a nd Directing Levy of Ad Valorem
Asse ssments to Pay the Principal a nd Int erest Thereof, adopted by
this Coun cil on Febru ary 26, 1962, is amended in the foll owing
particula rs:
a) Insert the w ords ", as amended" after the word "City'
at the end of the nex t to last flaragraph on pag6 10 of said
Resolution .
b) In sert the w or ds "City Treasurer" in pl ace of "San
Fra noisoul'aying Agent" in the fo llowing places on page 11
of said Resolu tion:
i. In the fou rth line of e. first paragraph;
ii. In the thir d line of the third paragraph; and
iii. In the eighth lin e of the third paragr aph.
2. Section 37 of said Resolution is amended to substitu te
the words "City Treasu rer" in pla ce of "San Fr an cisc o Paying Agen t'
w herever the wor ds "San Fr ancisco Payin g Agent" appear in sa id
section.
3 In the event of conflict between an y of the provision s
of this Resolution an d the agreement betw een the City and the San
Fra ncisco Paying Agent, as n ow or hereafter mo dified, the latter
shall co ntrol.
