RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
DECLARING PROPERTY AT PARK BOULEVARD AND PAGE MILL
ROAD SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE CALLING
FOR BIDS FOR THE SALE THEREOF
The City Council of the City of Palo Alt o RESOLVES as foll ows:
SECTION 1. The property owned by the City at Park Boule vard
and Page Mill Ro ad an d more partic ularly described on EXHIBIT A
affixed hereto and by referen ce made a part he reof, is hereby
declared to be no longer needed for corpo rate or public purposes.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authoriz ed to c all
for bids fo r the sale the reof and report the results of the same
to the City Council at a future meetin g thereof.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED: Mar ch 12, 1962, by una nimous voice vote.
