RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
DECLARING LA DONNA WELL SITE TO BE SURPLUS PROPERTY
AND AUTHORIZING THE CALLING FOR BIDS FOR THE SALE

The City Council of the City of Palo Alto RESOLVES as follows:
Se ctio n 1. The property ow ned by the City of Palo Alto
commonly known as the La Donna Well Site and more particula rly
described on EXHIBIT A affixed hereto and by refe re nc e made
a par t hereo f, is hereby declared to be no lo nger needed for
corporate or pu blic purposes.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to call
for bids for the sa le there of and report the results of the sam e
to the City Council at a future meeting thereof.
