A RESOLUTION CA LLING BIDS FOR SALE OF BONDS
PARKING BONDS OF 1962
CALIFORNIA AVENUE DISTRICT
OFF-STREET PARKING PROJECT NO . 60-8

RESOLVED, by the Co uncil of the City of Palo Alto,
Californ ia, that
1. The City Clerk is hereby directed to call fo r sealed pro-
posals or bids for the sale of $240,000 of P arking Bo nds of 1962
to be issued in the proceedi ngs had a nd take n by the Co uncil pu r-
suan t to its Resolu tion No. 3362 of Preliminary Determination a nd
of Intention a dopted by it on February 27, 1961, as m odifi ed.
2. Notice thereof shall be given, in form to be prepa red
by Wilson, Har zfeld, Jones & Morton , by the Clerk causi ng c opies
thereof to be mailed to the va rious ba nks and bond houses inter-
ested in the pur chase of su ch bon ds at least ten days before said
date.
3. The Co uncil will fu rnish the legal opinion of the law
firm of Wilson, Har zfeld, Jones & Morton, Sa n Mateo, California,
Lnqu alifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the
issuance of said bonds.
