RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 2053, BEING THE DEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 4215 ALMA STREET
The Cou ncil of the City of Palo Alto do es RESOLVE as f ollows:
Section 1. That Item(f) of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2053,
being the development plan for the property at 4215 Alma Street
be amen ded to read as follows:
"(f)
Development Schedule: Start of c onstruction shall
be June 24, 1962 and shall be completed within ninety
days thereafter. "
Section 2. All other conditions shall remain as p reviously
approv ed.
